  METAL RECYCLING

All individuals selling scrap metal in the State of Michigan are required to provide state issued photo identification at the time of sale. You will also provide a signature to affirm that you own the material being scrapped and are authorized to sell it. You will give a thumbprint and the plate number from your vehicle.

  CARS, TRUCKS, AND VEHICLE RECYCLING

Scrap Dog buys vehicles based on the actual weight. Condition of the vehicle does not matter.  Just call or send us an e mail with year, make, and model of vehicle and we will get you a price. We do offer towing service for a small fee. We can provide a quote based on the address of the pick-up.

 
You will need the following items to scrap the vehicle:
 • Original Title with No Liens on Title (if Liens are listed, you must have bank paperwork to clear)
• Signature of All People Listed on Title
• Valid State Issued Driver’s License or ID
